Where is patient data stored? Is it secure?

Data is stored encrypted on enterprise-grade Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, in compliance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

Will staff need lengthy training?

No. The dashboard is simple and intuitive — around 30 minutes of training is usually enough, with ongoing support from our team.

Will the AI answer medical questions?

No. The system handles administrative tasks such as appointments, queueing and reminders only. Medical enquiries are automatically escalated to clinic staff; the AI never provides medical diagnosis or advice.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. The service is billed monthly with no long-term lock-in — cancel anytime.

How are Meta message fees calculated?

Everyday patient conversation replies incur no message charges. Only proactive template messages (such as follow-up reminders) are charged at Meta's official rates, billed by Meta directly to the clinic.
