1. 接收及處理病人訊息
透過官方 Webhook,實時接收病人的 WhatsApp 訊息,並由 AI 系統進行理解和回應。
2. 發送自動回覆及確認
AI 處理後,透過 API 向病人發送預約確認、排隊狀況等訊息,全程自動化。
3. 主動發送覆診提醒
透過 Message Templates,在病人覆診當天主動發送提醒訊息,符合 Meta 官方政策。
4. 護士直接回覆訊息
護士透過後台接管對話時,訊息透過 API 以診所 WhatsApp 號碼發送,保持一致的溝通渠道。

How We Use the WhatsApp Business API
SmartClinic AI is built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, providing each clinic with its own WhatsApp Business account through the official WhatsApp Business API.
1. Receiving and Processing Patient Messages
Patient WhatsApp messages are received in real time via the official Webhook and understood and answered by our AI system.
2. Sending Automated Replies and Confirmations
After AI processing, appointment confirmations and queue updates are sent to patients via the API — fully automated.
3. Proactive Follow-up Reminders
Using Message Templates, reminder messages are proactively sent on a patient's follow-up day, in line with Meta's official policies.
4. Direct Nurse Replies
When a nurse takes over a conversation from the dashboard, messages are sent via the API from the clinic's own WhatsApp number, keeping the communication channel consistent.
