退款及取消政策 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 訂閱與收費

  • 月繳:按月收費,於每個月度結算週期開始時收取。
  • 年繳:一次收取相當於 10 個月的月費(即等於 2 個月免費),於每個年度結算週期開始時收取。

所有訂閱費用透過 Stripe 收取。Meta 範本訊息費用(如覆診提醒)由 Meta 直接向診所收取,不屬本公司收費範圍,亦不在本政策的退款範圍之內。

2. 自動續費

訂閱到期後會自動續期(月繳按月、年繳按年),直至你取消為止。你可於診所後台隨時查看及管理訂閱狀態。

3. 取消訂閱

你可隨時取消訂閱。取消後,服務會維持至當前已付費週期完結,之後不再扣費及續期。

取消方法:電郵 info@smartclinicaihk.com 或透過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們,我們會協助你處理。

4. 退款

  • 首月試用可全額退款:由首次付款起計,首月為試用期。試用期內提出申請,可獲全額退款(月繳及年繳同樣適用)。
  • 試用期後不設退款:試用期過後,已支付的費用(包括年繳中尚未使用的餘額)恕不退還
  • 服務未能提供的例外:如因本公司未能提供服務(例如長時間系統故障),本公司會與診所友好協商合理的費用調整或補償方案。

以上安排不影響你在適用法律下所享有的權利。

5. 退款處理時間

已批核的退款會退回你的原付款方式。款項一般於 5–10 個工作天內到帳,實際時間視乎發卡銀行或付款機構而定。

1. Subscription & Billing

  • Monthly: Billed each month, charged at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
  • Annual: Billed once at the equivalent of 10 months' monthly fee (i.e. 2 months free), charged at the start of each annual billing cycle.

All subscription fees are collected via Stripe. Meta template message fees (e.g. follow-up reminders) are billed by Meta directly to the clinic, fall outside the Company's fees, and are not covered by this policy.

2. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly for monthly plans, yearly for annual plans) until you cancel. You can view and manage your subscription at any time from the clinic dashboard.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, the Service continues until the end of the current paid period, after which no further charges or renewals apply.

To cancel, email info@smartclinicaihk.com or contact us on WhatsApp and we will assist you.

4. Refunds

  • First-month full refund: The first month from your initial payment is a trial period. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund (applies to both monthly and annual plans).
  • No refund after trial: After the trial period, fees already paid (including any unused remainder of an annual plan) are non-refundable.
  • Service-unavailability exception: Where the Company is unable to provide the Service (for example, due to an extended system outage), the Company will discuss a reasonable fee adjustment or compensation with the clinic in good faith.

The above does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
